You need

• 1 cup hot coffee or a double espresso
• 1/3 tsp (1g) Lion's Mane
• 1/2 cup oat milk
• 1 tsp maple syrup
• A pinch of cinnamon

Then

1. Stir the Lion's Mane into the hot coffee first so it melts right in.
2. Froth or shake the oat milk with the maple.
3. Pour it over, dust with cinnamon, sip at your desk.

You need

• 1 cup frozen berries
• 1 banana
• 1 cup milk of choice
• 1 tbsp nut butter
• 1/3 tsp (1g) Turkey Tail

Then

1. Everything into the blender.
2. Blend for 45 seconds, until there are zero berry chunks.
3. Pour into your biggest glass.

You need

• 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
• 1/3 tsp (1g) Turkey Tail
• A handful of granola
• Berries
• A drizzle of honey

Then

1. Stir the Turkey Tail into the yogurt.
2. Top with granola, berries and honey.
3. Take it outside. Blanket optional.

You need

• 1/2 cup rolled oats
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/4 cup yogurt
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1/3 tsp (1g) 6 Mushroom Blend
• Maple and cinnamon

Then

1. Stir everything together in a jar.
2. Lid on, fridge overnight.
3. Top with banana in the morning and eat it out of the jar.

You need

• 1 cup milk
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 tsp maple or honey
• 1/3 tsp (1g) Reishi
• A pinch of sea salt

Then

1. Warm the milk in a small pot.
2. Whisk in the cocoa, Reishi and salt.
3. Sweeten, pour, pyjamas on.

You need

• 1 chai tea bag
• 3/4 cup boiling water
• 1/2 cup steamed milk
• 1/3 tsp (1g) Chaga
• Honey to taste

Then

1. Steep the chai for 4 minutes.
2. Stir in the Chaga and honey.
3. Top with the milk. Sit near something warm.

You need

• 1 tsp matcha
• 1/3 tsp (1g) Cordyceps
• 1/4 cup warm water
• Ice
• 3/4 cup oat milk
• Honey to taste

Then

1. Whisk the matcha and Cordyceps into the warm water until smooth.
2. Fill a glass with ice and oat milk.
3. Pour the matcha over the top and watch it swirl.

You need

• 3 cups broth
• 2 tbsp miso paste
• Cubed tofu
• Sliced green onion
• 1/3 tsp (1g) Maitake per bowl

Then

1. Warm the broth and tofu, then turn off the heat.
2. Whisk in the miso.
3. Ladle into bowls and stir the Maitake into each one right before serving.
